No, we only require a minimum advance to confirm your booking. The remaining amount is due before delivery or at the time of service completion.

Yes, you can cancel your booking. However, cancellation charges may apply based on the timing:

  • More than 48 hours in advance: Full refund
  • Within 48 hours: 50% refund
  • On the service day: No refund

6. Do you provide packing and unpacking services?

Yes, we provide packing and unpacking services to ensure your belongings are safe during the move. This service is optional but highly recommended for a smooth relocation.


7. Do you offer insurance for my goods during transport?

Yes, we offer insurance coverage for the goods being transported. Please ask about the insurance options when you book your services.


8. What happens if my items are damaged during the move?

In the rare event that your items are damaged during the move, please contact us immediately. We will assess the damage and offer compensation or a resolution as per the terms in the Insurance Policy.


9. How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your refund request. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
