2. Booking & Payment
2.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
2.2 Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, and Razorpay.
- Full payment or an advance is required before the service begins.
- Any remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery.
2.3 Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations before 48 hours: Full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund.
- Cancellations on the service day: No refund.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
✔ Provide accurate & complete information about your relocation.
✔ Ensure your items are packed securely (if not using our packing service).
✔ Be present or assign a representative during pickup & delivery.
✔ Not include prohibited items (flammables, explosives, illegal substances, etc.).
4. Liability & Insurance
4.1 Limited Liability
- We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or third-party interference.
- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4.2 Transit Insurance
- We offer optional insurance for added protection.
- In case of loss/damage, claims should be filed directly with the insurance provider.
5. Prohibited Items
You cannot transport:
🚫 Hazardous chemicals & flammable items
🚫 Liquor, narcotics, or illegal substances
🚫 Perishable goods & live animals (without prior approval)
🚫 Valuables like cash, jewelry, important documents (unless declared in advance)
Failure to disclose such items may result in penalties or legal action.
6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
- Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or traffic. We will inform you promptly in such cases.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
7. Website Usage
7.1 Intellectual Property
- All logos, content, images, and trademarks belong to Chary Express Pvt. Ltd.
- You cannot copy, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
7.2 User Conduct
- You must not misuse our website for fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Any suspicious activity may lead to account suspension & legal action.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through customer support.
- If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under Indian law.
